Motown Soup Stuffed Green Pepper Soup

Buscia’s Stuffed Green Pepper Soup Mix  A mild blend of green peppers, spices, and rice.  Just add cooked hamburger (maybe diced Polish sausage?) and tomatoes.

Available in Large (makes 2-1/2 qts) or Small (makes 1-1/4 qt)

Preparation Instructions (For large size soup):

Combine contents of soup pouch and spice packet into 2-1/2 quarts (10 cups) water.  Bring to a boil.   Cover and reduce heat to a simmer for 30 minutes.  Remove bay leaf before serving.

Recommended:  Add one pound of cooked and drained ground beef and one can of 14 oz. crushed or diced tomatoes.  Consider substituting Kielbasa for the ground beef.
